SBV Tools is originated from Brussels, the capital of Belgium.

Do i need to have an account to make an online purchase?
No. You can check out your purchases as a Guest.

How will i know SBV Tools received my online order?
An email will be sent to you once order is confirmed.
I am facing technical problems. How do i change or cancel my order?
Please kindly call us at+65 6458 2722or email us your request together with the order confirmation to hello@simzwerkz.com before 9AM Singapore Time (GMT +8) on the next working day of the date of purchase.
What will be the currency charged for the transactions made?
All transaction made will be charged in Singapore Dollars (including GST) and exchange rate will be determined by your credit card provider.
What are the payment methods?
Please note that we only accept Credit Cards payment.
Refund & Delivery
How long is the delivery period?
All delivery orders will be processed within 3 to 5 working days (excludes Public Holidays) from the date that order is confirmed. Please note that deliveries are subjected to item availability and courier methods.
I would like to return my purchased item. How can i do that?

Is there a self-collection option for my order?
Self-collection is available only for orders in Singapore. Please kindly select “self-collection” under shipping method. An email will be sent to you once your item is ready for collection. You may pick up the order from5G Gambas Crescent, Nordcom I, Singapore 757043.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we are able to arrange for overseas shipment. Please note that all freight, handling charges, additional duties and taxes will be bear solely by the customer.

What is the standard SBV Tools warranty?
All SBV Tools comes with Limited Warranty. SBVTools warrants any of its manufactured products for the expected life of the product against deficiency in material or workmanship. There will be no replacement should the Product be damaged as a result of negligence and mishandling.
This LIMITED WARRANTY does not extend to a product manufactured by SBVTools that in SBV Tools’ judgment was improperly used, altered, abused, or repaired by others. Products not manufactured by SBVTools are not warranted by SBVTools.
There is no warranty that extends beyond those described herein. SBVTools makes no representations of any other kind, express or implied, regarding products manufactured or distributed, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other matter. SBVTools is not liable for incidental or consequential costs or losses incurred by the product purchaser or user.
Agents of SBVTools have no authority to make representations of any sort beyond those contained herein.
The product price is in consideration of limiting SBVTools liability for products manufactured or distributed.
