Exchange and Refund Policy
SBV Tools offers return or exchange to our customers. Here’s our return policy at a glance:
Please kindly email us at email@example.com prior to mailing the return parcel out and ensure that details given are correct and complete. Failure to do so may result in rejection of returns.
- Any items that are not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for any reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted.
- A receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. invoice number) is required to complete your return.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sales items are not included.
- Customers will bear the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping cost is non-refundable. The cost of return will be deducted from the refund.
- SBV Tools reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item did not reach our warehouse.
- It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any loss of the returned item.
- An email will be sent to notify you on the status of your refund.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment methods (3~7 working days).
- Any late or missing refunds, please kindly check with the respective banks.
